    No one has some tips?

This renders are for my master thesis, and some other guys in school are freaking me out with some amazing renders. So I start doing it myself... I hoped they would be more, like you get the feeling you want to be there...
Please help me a bit ...

the repetiveness of your shrubs really takes away from the natural feeling you would get and makes it a lot less realistic. And a lot of your materials are tiled with repeat patterns. You just need to add more detail and get better materials. The sunlight also seems more like a sundown type of scene. It may be that you want it that way, but it looks unintentional in your scene and doesnt quite work. And your displacement materials need a bit of work. It takes time to get the hang of things, but keep working at it and you will end up with something you like. I hope i dont sound too harsh..just trying to help. Good luck

No! thanks for the comment... A few things I noticed myself ... but the sunlight idd !
I got a problem with the textures, somethings when they are to big the material browser crashes...
(I download them from cgtextuxes at small size) and then I have to resize 25 procent... is this normal?
        Tips?

There's a lot of good face me component people and trees(actual photo) in the 3D warehouse, why dont u use it instead of what u r using right now. also try the sandbox tool of sketchup and giv a little bit of hump & bump(dat sounds like a song! ) to ur lawn to avoid making it so flat. it will also break the pattern of the map that u r using. There's a lot of great sand and grass texture at www.cgtextures.com. try checking it out.

          And lastly, practice3x! ;D

I tried, but when I render a flat tree it is never cutout, I renders a grey plane arround it...
So how can I fix that? I saw that on the newest v-ray use can make one colour transparant ...
But how van I fix this now

                Re: Need some help here!

There is wayyy to much to try and explain, i recommend http://www.scribd.com/doc/1845643/VR...ketchUp-Manual helped me when i was first starting

I only use VRAY as my base, then i p'shop majority of other additional information, as in my field time is of the essence, ie, p'shop trees will always look better, also it reduces the time it takes to render & gives you more flexibility with changing minor things. Only advice, set you scenes first and DONT move them as if you dont move them you can keep reloading new renders them into your photoshop .PSD

Also you can create better reflections and minor shading

                Good Luck
