I would maybe suggest increasing the size of those glass panels so instead of what they seem to be 18"x18" perhaps you can make them 2'x2' or even 30"x 30"
That would help make it less cluttered. Right now all i look at are the shiny reflections of the metal support rods.
Throw in glass doors that open out and leave them open so we can see in.
the wood texture really takes away from the realism in my opinion. Maybe a lighter wood finish and some bump maps would brighten the outdoors up a bit.
The water is fantastic and the exterior light posts are awesome!
I would love to see the water lit from beneath too...
I see two sets of stairs? Maybe consolidate and make the upstairs pop some more with a mild rectangular or omni light.
that's a pretty nice render man, congratulations...
i would only look for another finish instead of bare concrete...
water material is awesome, could you please share your vimat?...
it would be much greater if you could add some caustics and transperancy
Thanks guys for the comments, i´m going to take notes of the suggestions and try to post as fast as i can.

+1 on the glass panel sizes. I might consider a more identifiable texture for the walls flanking the left and right. Also, this might be a really good sunny dusk rendering. Maybe you want to throw in an HDRI to get some environment reflections off the glass?
