  • Please give me advice on how to improve my renderings

They are due Monday morning. It's somewhat of a contest in Gowanus Canal, Brooklyn. I am new to Vray/Rhino so I'm not pro and am sure I could do more. Help and advice is great!

    I want to win

Just some info: the front facade is a lot of glass with a display wall that is meant to be viewed from the street or inside for a more intimate experience. So that is what the image on the front is in case you are wondering.

then a version using the new hdr function in cs5 photoshop:

      Hi Caminero

      a few points...

      - check your camera in rhino, it seems that it does not match the photo, especially when you take a look at the left corner of your building and compare it with the vertikal poles in the photo...

      - the reflections in the windows are not to convincing to me - right side window looks very different (contrast, sharpness, exposure) than the left side. Furthermore it is quite hard to distinguish between reflections fassade profiles and panels behind the glas, mabee it will help to have less reflection overall and a more blurry reflection (e.g. sperical Hdri environment).

-textures of the concrete seems to be slightly different on the front and right side, mabee just make a boolean union and remap with box...

      good luck
