Flashing with animation help

Hi. I am new to Vray. I am a graphic designer I use 3d elements in my work. This is a amazing community with lots of very talented people.

The images are rendered with default Vray materials nothing special.
Problem I have is, when I render animations there are some shadow flashing happening, I don t know why, is it blotches and splotches ?
Can someone PLS help me. Thanx.

If you only have camera animation use something like "multiframe incremental".

If you have object animation you deffinatly need more "HSph subdivs" for a start.

Try to use medium presets for animation, and increase yours Hemisphere subdivisions to at least 35...
