Hi Rodrigo, i think it can be the light cache, maybe. i think the lightning is burning a little your image and the stone wall may look better with some displacement. greetings!
I think you have some hidden lights there that cause the problems. When the light from the sun wasn't the predominant light in the scene, I was getting these kind of artifacts. You could render the scene with default material, eventually remove the wall behind the camera, and use the sun. In fact , you can see the effect of the omni light on the wall and on the ceiling. Set the decay to linear, and the light will became constant. If it's too bright, reduce the intensity.
Regards,
Stefan
Teofas: So you mean to change the light cache into the QMC? or the parameters of the light cache? About the stone i will add some displacement.
Arqestevez: I'm using 1.05.30 version.
Stefanq: Actually i'm not using any hidden light, this image was set only with sun light and playing with the camera values but the result wasn't good at all >. I will remove the wall behind the camera and i hope get a better result.

first of all, be sure that the value in adaptive amount in DMC sampler is .85
do not use qmc, just increase the light cache multiplier... 1200 - 1600 is a pretty high value, if that does not correct the problem, you have to improve your illumination... for that you gotta know that skylight is easier to control... if i were you, i would remove some of the vray lights and modify sun position in order to get some light coming from the windows...
or just delete everything behind the camera... so that you can have more sun light
