          Hi,
that's fantastic that your passion (hobby) became your full-time job. It's a dream of a many ordinary people.
Your the best project that I like the most is the starship (spacecraft). So detailed and nice design product.
As I said before Just perfect .

@ Omar, Dave Reyes, Steve Mai, and Jarynzlese: Thank you very much for your kind words. I am glad that you like my works. I hope that they are an inspiration to you and you can learn something from them as much as I learn from your renders and tutorials.

The V-Ray newsletter just came out today and there is an article in the Featured Artist section about me. I'd like to thank ASGVIS and especially Kim Trompeter for making it happen.

I added a couple of images done mainly for this interview. I have a few more but did not finish them on time. I will post them later.

Re: Personal projects (Sci-fi and Fantasy)

About this render, I finally finished it for the ASGVIS interview. If you remember the old one, the characters were in greyscale.

Here's the final one. However, I am not 100% satisfied with the lighting. I might come back to this and make some minor tweaks in the future when I will have time.

C&C are welcome. Thanks for viewing and have a great day!

@ Omar: Thank you. I am glad that you like my work. I have been using Sketchup since it came out back in 2000 or 2001 when I was working as an architect. Then I keep on using it in my new career in the game/film industry.

The characters in the Temple are from my personal game project called The Curse. They were modeled, textured, rigged and animated in Max and Maya.

Here are a few of them:

@ artu: Thank you for your nice comment. I am happy that other artists can find some inspirations in my artworks. I am also quite inspired by all the great renders in this forum.

So here is Johnny's Room. This was done for 3D Connexion contest. I had to use one of their models (e.g. the robot in the center of the image) and place it in an original 3D environment. Obviously, the robot would not work well in Karoline's room (the render I did for my daughter). Therefore I had to create a boy room.

                            Hope you like it.

Thank you for stopping by and have a great week!
