Hello artu, the vegetation its done with transparecy map, and 3d evermotion trees!.

i can tell that you are very dedicated to your renders, is nice to see your improvements and your dedication bro.
for me the biggest isues that needs some improvement are the vegetation, the materials of plants need some work , the gama of colors you use for the vegetation in my opinion is not the best for example the green of the grass is to high green, the colors looks very saturated in all the render, and some textures has a lot of bump maybe too much like the white walls, the sky is too simple, also theres no buildings or trees or something behind the house and that makes it look that needs more ambientation, also i think theres a lot of contrast on your image wich make it a little hard to apreciate some details...this is only my point of view, but i may be wrong...hope this can help you to improve your render, i know you can do it better brother!!
