Re: ---Exterior Small Shopping Plaza---
Hi there teo,
I'm very much a newbie on this forum - and to be quite honest, I know very little about the techniques involved in obtaining the beautiful, photo-realistic renderings to be seen here. But I have done a bit of 3D presentation work in my time, and couldn't help noticing that the way the trees in your most recent post seem to 'grow out of the pavement' looks slightly un-natural. I think the render would benefit from the 'suggestion', so to speak, of a ring-shaped opening in the pavement material, where the topsoil/grass becomes visible - so that the tree looks as if it is planted in soil and it has a little 'room to grow' around the trunk.
Apart from that minor point, I think it's beautiful work

Re: ---Exterior Small Shopping Plaza---
Teo i like the render and the design too, i´m guessing that you added the people with photoshop right? What technic did you use to add reflection on the glasses? They look good but the windows on the left corner do not have it. I like the asphalt texture. Re: ---Exterior Small Shopping Plaza---
In the first image, the storefront glass under the Banco section lacks the quality of the others. It seems to be reflecting a blank white wall. Although I like the reflections in the Telefonia and Cafe area glass, adding the effect of something going on inside the retail space would complete the illusion.
The large empty parking lot in the foreground needs some finishing touches. The look of it is very nice as far as textures etc. but if there were a foreground shadow across the bottom of the page it would focus the sun's light on the subject of your view and help to minimize the prominence of the parking lot.
In the second Image, the scale of the group of ladies sitting in the busstop shelter doesn't look right to me. They look a little small.
The trees definitely need a treegrate or planting around them.
Nice work teofas.

Re: ---Exterior Small Shopping Plaza---
Teo good job as always, and I know what you mean about making render fast is the way that works here in my office, by the way cars are great and trees but looks weird a tree coming out of the pavement.
