I would recommend that you make a big box. Place your model inside this box. Add lights. Then render. You will see a difference in color.

What I think happens (and I am no guru) is that the sunlight bounces off the atmosphere, which has its own color, and then reflects back on to your object, thus changing the color. By making a closed box, you eliminate this atmospheric color effect.

Or increase the exposure in the physical camera settings (i.e increase ISO number, or decrease the shutter number or decrease the F-stop number). The reason it looks darker is because in the render its an actual object in a 3d world affected by light, orientation, etc so you need to adjust these things to get the desired results. I recommend you go to here

watch some videos and you'll start understanding some basics.

and i applied i got this result .... best than before .....

but this way is good for interior design and not for exterior design .... how we can solve this ?

The color depends on your lighting settings. You just can't get similar color as you created in ps, because meterials have reflection of environment and etc. Anyway, you can make something close to similar. Firstly, you should make perfect scene, with perfect illlumination(GI I think is the best way).
I am not sure, but I think I'm right.

When you export your render, you also get an ALPHA image. Use that to delete the background, and then map in an image. Or instead of building a box, build a large tube and map your outside image to the inside of this tube. Make your lights more powerful/intense for brighter image. \
