Just out of curiosity I looked at the A8L thread and discovered a new world for me - what the h*** is powersolid ?
I will have to have a look on this, 'cause I'm far from confident with some aspects of the meshing function of rhino and the relation between polycount and quality it produces even if you tweak every setting.
Especially chamfers and fillets seem something very interesting to be better solved in the future when importing something from one app to another and rendering it afterwards in a high quality.

I also discovered the new unreal engine that is now given away for free with the editors and I already imported the exterior of my scene into it. If I could just optimize the filleting without painful detail tweaking at low poly rates I could 'realtimize' the car...hmm...have to investigate this further.
