What a joyful place to live in! Will the real project keep these colors?
The asphalt have a "wet" look, because of the specular map u used, so u could make the reflections a little bit more blurry.
The stone material could have more bump. The vegetation looks awesome, the displacement grass the same.

thanks Guys for the comments. the vegetation is a mixture of 3d plants and billboards. the billboards were used in the mid ground and background where little detail is needed 3d leaves has a reflection layer
