Nice render, and very nice lampshade material. Maybe a little more contrast through the image.

Wow, what a great rendering. Love the materials and the lighting. I think the contrast is good with the lighting that you have. It has a very nice feel to it. The design seems a little haphazard, but I assume that this is more of a testbed and not a finished design.
Yeah - many thanks to trang an for his great materials.

great work. great work. i like the mirror, and i think that you need an image for the background... or maybe one tree outside the window.

thanks Justin. lampshade material is double sided material. For me material is one thing, but the second thing is taking care of the lighting. inside the shade has two rectangular lights (double sided) i also added omni lighting.

thanks arqestevez. mirror is a standard refelction with no mapping. i quite like playing the sides of my mirrors and glass tops, so as to reflect other areas. yeap background would be nice indeed.

nice work nomer, books textures looks little low res, also a background would be nice, for me the floor lamps needs some more intensity ligthnings, IMHO. carpet is great, did u use the pillow technique or other one?

Maybe look at the image on a different screen. It looks fine to me, but it could read dark on some monitors. I know it can vary significantly from one to another. My laptop screen is way brighter than my old desktop, so I always have to consider that when I share images.

                      Nomer,
This is awesome and I always enjoy your rendering skill very clean and sharp. Aside the rendering, I am confused with your nationality. May I ask what it is? I went a long way of guessing it. At first, I thought you are South American just by looking at your screen name. Then someone mentioned you just got back from Vietnam, then i thought you must be Vietnamese. when I went to your website, you have a blog named "Pinoy" so you are Filipino. So what are you?
