it's a photomatch. you have to go to file, import, select the image of the background, and be sure that you import the image as a photomatch.
Once you have done that you have to go to window and photomatch i think, so you can display the matched photo settings.
the only thing you have to do is play with the green and red lines, and align them with the exterior so you can find the vanishing point...
this is hard to explain like this, maybe i'll make a short tutorial about this, but it's really easy and usefull
