hi Omar, very nice interiors, warm, got a modern feel, i would like to know about your ies light setting, is it possible if you can advise me on your lights please, what multiplier / settings are required to receive an output like yours, for internal night renders: should i use Gi & background with my other light sources buddy.

      hi derek
in this scene i used texsky for both gi and bg, also there are a couple of rectangular lights, one behind the camera, and another one on the the stairs...
for the ies lights i used a pretty high value... 7 000 000... (7 million)
i'm glad you liked it. thank you for your comment.

          Re: casa P1

well, i just turn off the gi, or sometimes it's even daytime, but i use ies lights under my spot components, so that kind of produces a night sensation, eventhough there's a sun out there...
i'm in a hurry right now, but i'll upload the scene in the afternoon.
          see you around!

            Re: casa P1

very good work, i think you need to increase the subdivision on the couch material and the tv screen and metal, but very nice and realistic work

              here's the exterior...

Thank you for your comment shawn...
one doubt... i always increase the subdiv. value up to 16, 20, or even 32... how big shall that number be so i can get rid of all that noise?
cause i read once that a value just like that should fix the issue...

very good exterior too, i usually go even up to 50 with subdivisions n everything disappers, the left side of the building seems to be floating, needs a little more photshop

                  Re: casa P1

Wow. Really good. The only thing that throws me off a little bit are these TV/Stereo units under the TV, I think they are waaaaay too shiny.

                    Re: casa P1

well, i shall try by increasing the multiplier value of the reflection subdivisions up to 50 then, really, that issue has been bothering me for a while...
the left part of the exterior... yes... a lot of photoshop. also a wire dissapears behind the black volume hehe :P
i'll try to improve it. thank you for your comments

                        Re: casa P1

Nice blend its true that the left side of the image appears to be floating i know the shadow is going away from that side but a subtle shadow would do or add some plants to soften the interaction of the building with the ground.

As always nice scenes Omar! You did a great job with the exterior blending. What i dislike is the left side on the second image, it looks like the back corner of the house is in the air, in the middle of the fence but besides that everything looks terrific

thank you for your comments my friends. i know this is not an excuse, but i finished the project at 2:50 p.m, and i realized i did not have a nice image for the bg, so i had to drive as a crazy to take the picture and make the photomatch, cause i had the appointment with the client at 4:30, and i still had to print the blue prints, but i did finish, and because i respect you guys, i'm gonna try to improve this exterior. i'm also posting the files so you can use them.
