Hi guys, thought it be cool to post your best grass renders to compare with others as no 2 grass renders are the same..

heres mine,



my settings:

Use any image as a diffuse layer using default bitmap settings.

Add a Displacement layer change from 1 to 3..click the m and add a new TexNoise layer..all defaults except the following:

Size 0.025
Frequency Ration 2.0
Max Ratio 0.5

Hi, this is a test I made once.





It was made with fur pluggin for sketchup. I had to install the mem_patch for sketchup because the file was too big.

Fur settings:
You have to repeat the process and play with the direction and force values until the terrain is full with grass.
