and i have a question for lighting, when i used rectang / omni lighting?
and how can i posting the picture without use link address like this

you decide when you wanna use one type of light or another, for me it's the same, i use rectangular lights to help illumination, behind the windows or een behind the camera. the omni lights i use them in front of lamps, basicly, to produce a similar result.
you need to play with the light cache values, cause there's a lot of splotchiness, also i think you could improve a lot if you find a better camera angle. I mean, another view.
for uploading of pictures, just paste de "forum code" that imageshack gives you.
it's a nice beginig, i'm sure you'll improve a lot here. we all do
