    Looks good. You may also try:
    1. Increasing displacement on the grass material. Looks flat atm.
    2. Concrete material on side walls looks a little bit fake because of it repeating pattern. You can try finding a better material or perhaps just do some random stamping in photoshop.
    3. Add a couple of details, apartment numbers on the doors, different colour curtains at the second floor, maybe a rubber ball and few toys on the grass, some imperfections on the walls etc.

      nice work so far,

      i think skif comments are important, and making those changes will help.

      I would also add the following;
      - remove the trees from the render and add in PS, only use PNG's in a render if they are GIVING you something ei shadows or reflections in glass, but they are doing neither so add them after.
      - I would add some grass in PS
      - Not sure where your sun is located, but I would locate a tree directly behind the camera so it casts a nice big shadow across the grass foreground creating a bit of contrast, its all very bright at the moment.
      - Then prehaps a few PS tips and tricks... ei so the units furthest from the camera are a little out of focus (depth of field) but the 2 nearest are in focus

      hope this helps, its looking very good though

      kind regards

              The material seem to be very basic. You could add some bump to have more variation on the walls. Also the cement texture is very repetitive. The grass look flat, maybe some deformation on Photoshop. Will be very nice if you add some landscaping. The illumination is good.
