Hi David, good to see you here. It certainly has been quiet around here.
The image seems generally good - it conveys the project well. Where I could see improvement is in the detailing. It all seems too crisp? Maybe some diplacement maps would help the brick pop out more. The window frame seems incomplete at the sill, the roof shingle could use some thickness, tiny things like that that give away the sense of it being computer generated.

      thanks for the response.
I am a bit lazy when it comes to the detail.
I've re-worked the materials etc - added bump to the brickwork, although I don't think it is 'popping'! Aslo added a bit more detail.

The interior lighting and other drapery detail on your second detail look great, I think those are good things to add to the image.

PS, this forum is dead, I'm bummed.

David, looking good. the bluish reflection on those window glazing are so obvious, it takes my attention with your main kitchen extension. the sky background also is different. imho replace evn in photoshop either your skyBG or your reflection from those glazings. try to make them similar.

            Thanks for the comment guys.
Nomer -the sky, I can see what you mean. The sky I'm using is actually hdri and has some parts cloudy and some clear blue, which can mean that you get differnet reflections compared to whats in the visible background. But I do agree it doesn't look quiet right. I will try rotating the backround, to see if I can get a balance.
