Just about finished with this one and thought I would get your thoughts on it.

Please forgive the hokey airplanes, the client made me do it. The purpose of the image to to show the tables and chairs in a real setting.

I think it looks quite nice, especially the GI shadows within the cast shadow areas. Good daylight colors too, although they could be just a little bit brigther and a teensy weensy bit more saturated.

    Cheers,

Thanks guys for the kind words.

Metin_7 - Good suggestions, i have not done any post work on this yet and will try your suggestions.

          marowick - Thanks

dusan - I appreciate it very much. You know since I started using vray, even the free version and demos, I have never done an exterior shot, they have all been interiors, strange. I really enjoy doing them, although sometimes they can be very frustrating., even with vray!

looks nice! the trash can seems to me to be a bit large and squat, but that might just be from me being from my locality, dunno.

irradiance or photon map for your lighting?

Looks great! maybe the outside could be a bit whiter but the interior looks great.

an excellent interior - but I have to say the outside part looks terrible (relative to the interior) you need to really work on that as much as the interior I think...

                    I have to agree..

There are a couple things wrong w/ the background

                    1. The perspective doesnt line up, look at the grass, plane and then look at the plane of the romo, very different.

                    2. You dont really want to attract to much attention to it, so i sugest plurring it a little bit, fake some DOF and blur the mountains more ect..

                    3. Remember that because of our atmosphere colros are desaturatwed as they get farther away from the eye.

Other then that i think it does exactly what it was meant to do. Looks nice.

Thanks for the input on the background.

Well for better or worse this is the final image. Out of time.

Looks very nice. I like the deep blue more.

I thouight id prove to myself how easy it is to make your image a lot better

destatured, a little overlay bloom - 10 minute job. My selecting between the window frame was a little rushed but I think its better but maybe its just down to taste?

The image may need some reflections on the glass
