I still think that your shots have too much contrast, and maybe you can move your vray light in the top above the safeframes you it dont show up the line of the light in the walls.
I love the donkey texture, looks very harsh, i like it a lot.

As for the "yellow blobs" guys, theres a tutorial WITH THAT ies file in the tutorials threads, please take a look around
