Really nice Dave, I was looking at this on the TJ site just yesterday!

I especially like the subtle colour variation on the phone screens and the wires for the mane & tail work really well. I know that it's client driven so probably out of your control but it's a shame that the back legs are hidden behind one another & not slightly offset. It would break up the silhoutte nicely & give a little more life to the pose.

Out of purely professional curiousity, how many people worked on this?

    Great work.

Yes unfortunately the client was very very specific on the pose and angle of the Pegasus, we explored multiple variations are tried to get them to go for a position which works better for the silhoutte but alas clients are clients

This project involved several people but mainly 1 CGI artist, and 1 retoucher, would normally have been spread out more but our studio was very busy and the turn-around was short, so required quite a lot of overtime to get done in the time-scale.

ps. Shame I didn't know about a CGI studio in Norwich in my summers back from University, could have come and worked for you!

thought about the same thing when I first saw it. I also thought they were a bit out of scale if compared to the rest of the horse's body, as if they don't look sturdy enough to carry all that weight.. if you know what I mean.
apart from that it's a very well made piece of work, really like it.
