    hi all,
Here are the some new pictures I did about 2 months ago for an architectural contest. Now that the architect officialy loose this contest, I have the right to show them ...
It took me about 5 days to model and render this college, hard work ! Hudge photoshop postprod to complete illustrations in time.
    C/c are welcome !

Congrats! Looks very nice. I would however loose the opacity effect on the people and foilage. I think the people are well integrated, just the opacity bothers me a bit. The 1st image is ok, but I like that last 2 more.
The 1st one maybe has too much paving in front, maybe its the angle?

Some nice people here, is it part of a library pack?
    Kind Regards,
    Morne

      thank you !
You may be right about people opacity.
But I heard so many times architects telling me to don't hide the bouilding with vegetation or crowd, but complaining if I miss a tree or don't use enough people ... Tthis is the best compromise I found. Clients are always right ... and happy with me

I agree with Morne about the tranparency effect. Your attention get drawn to it first because the brain perceives something wrong there, which kinda defeats the purpose of having the architecture stand out in the first place. I think the same problem arises when moblur is used on cars and pedestrians for stills. Sometimes clients need to be educated too
