                    Brilliant !
                    Really does look great, Naiad looks a bit scary to me, like Terragen but I guess you just need to dive in a swin (excuse the pun).

                      Very nice, water looks great - whole thing looks great. Naiad looks sweet - you liking it?

                        thx my friend, well naiad is node based (as u all know/see), its not like realflow (simple ) everything just on few clicks u need do prepare scene and pipeline before u go to naiad, u have to know exactly that u want, so far there r no plugins in naiad coz u dont need them (for now) coz no matter what u need u can make by ur self...

                        as far as i can see more and more apps r going to be a node based just like Terragen and Naiad, and new Rf 2013 (u can find some samples of rf2013 around the internet ) so u have to be prepared for scary things

                        @nbreslow

                        well i do like it, dont know if u had time to check some of my previous test that i did with rf/naiad (river sample) and i was very disappointed with the results i got with rf so i had to find alternative software

                        cheers

                          Node based is the way to go! I really like Softimage ICE - very powerful, very intuitive.

                          There is also node based stuff happening in applications like Filter Forge 3 and Allegorithmic Substance. Might be cool for Vray - some type of shader creation tool that is application independent where you could export what you create to Maya, Max, etc. I saw this the other day:

                          Seemed interesting, though it is for Renderman. Great stuff, will have to try Naiad..
