    hi
you probably need to tick Smooth surface shadows and increase the light subdivisions to around 25.

Uncheck refractive GI caustics. For me it causes alot of damage to my scenes (like splotches and weirdness) and its something thats not needed too much.

you should bake those into textures and use em as dirt maps.. cause it looks kinda cool for some reason.

Use the "High" irradiance map preset; it should reduce the splotches a lot.

chek smooth surface shadows in the vray light window foo..... .....btw....it's still pretty splotchy...artifacts on the ceiling.....the wall edges are too dark....decrease ur search distance(dont use auto search distance!!!).......while increase other settings....i dont think this scene can be rendered nicely in merely 1 hour 20 min.....

this should help u alot with photon mapping....http://www.vrayrender.com/stuff/Manu...rials_pmap.htm

also keep in mind that when its textured (if you plan on doing so) those artifacts wont be near as obvious. rendering to plain shaders always recquires the highest settings to look good.
