Nice detail and mood. Nice technical effects with the blur and depth etc. In terms of office visuals however I think its NOT very effective as it doesnt show the office at all. Kinda like a movie preview that after you watch the preview you still dont know what the movie is about. It makes you curious however to see moreKind Regards,

I thought that dof was overdone, it does not focus where you would expect it too, and on the larger scale images its very strong, and I am not sure if this is an actual 3d dof or a plugin, but it looks weird in it self too.Dmitry Vinnik

Hi guys, thanks for your comments.
These images depict mostly details and are part of a broader series. We took a bit more artistic freedom with these, as the other images were more focused on the technical and spacial aspects of the architecture project.
The DOF is Vray's, using mostly 50 and 85mm lenses with apertures from 1.8 to 3.5.
Cheers

Thanks a lot guys for your comments.
Indeed the DOF might be a bit too much... we were just loving the dreamy look and did these mostly for fun.
I've attached a few more images that show a bit more of the space.

Interesting set. They are a really good investigation into what vray DOF can do (assuming it was done with a vray camera of course). However, the quality of the bokeh isn't that great in my opinion. If I were to buy a nice, fast lens for my slr and it came up with this kind of bokeh, I'd be sending the lens back.Kind Regards,

Thank you guys.
The bokeh's Center bias is perhaps too high and produces an excessively contrasted ring. I'll definitely lower it next time.

Really nice set of images...give a good sense of the space and lighting.
Sure the bokeh could be smoother, but overall, very impressive work.

could you post your vray camera settings please? and any vray lens effects if you used it?
I'm interested in achieving similar results, but so far no luck (I will mostly have to use vray for this, I don't have any post plugins for photoshop)Kind Regards,
Morne
