Hi guys,
Here's another exterior with your suggestions from last time included.
C&C always welcome.

Much better. It's certainly getting there!

Now some comments:
1st image - overall it looks good except for the red sign is way too saturated. Bring that down. Same goes for the purple. The sky needs to be toned down a lot. It's way too deep blue for the rest of the scene.
2nd image - same comments except sky is fine. If anything, the background pic doesnt match your scene, but that can be due to the hill blocking most sun, and your scene gets more light since is further away from it. Nice texture on the parking lot and also the road. Maybe the road needs some solid edge lines just before the grass. In South Africa this will typically be yellow lines. In that country it could be white? Here we usually have lines everywhere close to the city and subburbs, however if you driving in the middle of nowhere on NOT a major road, there could be no lines...

Thanks guys. Yes the red sign was a problem because it was supposed to be one of those plastic signs with lights inside, so it was all supposed to be light...which made it look weird in daylight. In these renders I fixed some of the issues.
