    @freak

    if you use a map for reflections too, it will have the effect
    that some areas will reflect more while others won't.
    this is controlled by the amount and variation of the brightness in the map.

    hope this helped a bit

          Very very nice. A sort of sci-fi version of Barragan.
          Nice floor to. I use floors like these sometimes too. But I use a procedural noise map as a bump (4-5). I tried the noise map also for the glossy reflection, But found that either too much or hardly noticable. Anyway it didn't give the realistic affect, A fresnel or a p/p falloff would be more realistic. Or a custom made map to simulate less shininess near the walls, kind of wear due to the use of cleaning machines.
