nice work. Your people were done nicely. The street lamp flares might be over done, but other than that, it looks good.

      Thank you !
Those flares are my only regrets ... If I find time I will fix them.

        Nice work.

I do find the main building material looking too flat though. A bit of texture or slight reflection would give it heaps more realism.
Also the paving in the foreground looks like it has too much variation in the texture, and a bit over sturated.

        Hope this helps

I agreed with 3DMK....on top of that I am not a big fan of putting everything that you can on the scene...populating is part of the composition and when you have too much stuff going on it looks fake!
When I was doing projects in China the clients wanted everything together...it looked surrealist...dogs, airplanes, birds, blond people in china (i know), super blue skies and blue rivers (polluted skies with black rivers in reality)...no matter how look the building and the renderings they always looked fake (super fake).
          show me the money!!

that's what I hear with almost every job

Thanks 3DMK, you are probably right about texture, I manage a little bump but due to distance and image compression we loose it.
I add some varaition in photoshop, maybe not enough.
And I like this arroway texture in foreground ! :P

Guess who told me : "We want birds flying in the sky, it's too empty ! and please, fill the walkway !" ... I really like when my clients are satisfied
