Another quick render. Fog, water and grass...

Here is another quick study to try and work on my matte painting skills.

Basic modelling had already been done. Lights, materials, furniture, rendering and painting done in around 8 hours I'd say.

I've never done matte painting as involved as this with the grass and water so it's not as refined as I'd like it to be. the water and grass is made up of 20 layers and the mountains and BG are made up of 3 layers.

Looks fantastic, no crits from me apart from I'm not particularly a fan of the people.

I'd personally try more of an orange for the interiors, it could look really interesting against the coldness of the exterior. Fantastic!
