  • Happy Halloween

Hi everyone, here's a render for the Halloween, I've been giving 2 hours for each members of my team to create an image for the halloween, so I came up with a concept related to architecture, split the job for everyone's follow:

    Modeling of the house:
    Roger Cusson
    Anne-Marie Laforest
    Melissa Blanchette

Preparation and creation of the vegetation:

    Audrey Filion

Modeling and textures of the landscape:

    Sebastien Wolczyk

Modeling and shading of the pumpkins:

    Martin Anglehart

Textures and mapping of the house + 2d elements:

    Daniel Duval

Modeling and shading of the front gate:

    Youri Kovalenko

Modeling and textures of the tombstones:

    Julian Romero

Concept, coordination, assembling of the scene, lighting, render and composition:

    Myself, Benoit Canuel

Sorry for the long post but I thought it was important to name everyone that participate on the creation of the image with only 2 hours each!

I'm pretty please of the result considering the time and it was done parrallel with the day to day job, I know we could done a lot more and better but just had to stop somewhere and let it go!

Hope you enjoy it and as always c&c are most welcome and comment could be use for a futur project like this one.

I wish everyone a Happy Halloween from UrbanImmersive! mouhhahahahaa....

That's pretty cool. Maybe a bit more drama with lights? Like less saturation and more contrast.
Also, that ivy on the stone wall, maybe you wanted it that way, but here's a freeware that will change your life

I absolutely love it! This guy is a genius!

Hehe thx for the comments,It is the Ivy generator that was use for the Ivy on the front gate, the idea was to have a dry Ivy with no leaf, actually Ive shown the software to my collegue here the same morning it was produce, pretty straight forward and easy to use but as I said everyone had 2 hours to complete their task and I had to get everyone works and put it togheter and just let it go I guess, with more time we could done better for sure, I know what you mean about the cloud and the moon, but I didnt have anything that could do the job and the moon was given to me as a last minute add, cloud background is not the best either tried to used the best I had with no time left on the clock, But with all the comments I could sure go back to the scene next year with a better anticipation. Thx again for the comments, hope you still enjoyed it!
