Thanks! I'm currently working on an evening shot, showing the rooms lights. I also spent some time fine tuning the modeling.

I spent a little bit more time, awaiting client feedback, fine tuning the model. I also warmed things up in post. I think it's an improvement.

it looks much nicer to me. again, well done!

some thing, that is disturbing me: the lens flare i would make 6-star and smaller. this depends on the number of blades from the f-stop in the lens. even the ones with 5 blades are the "cheaper" lenses and a 4-star i cant remember i ever saw in real.

but if you close your f-stop that much to get those flares, you should have a bokeh in the back. might me different on day/night-shot depending on how long you open shutter and for this scene not that usefull at all.

I'll play around with the lens flares. I just wanted to include it because I have been getting a lot of work from this architect because he says his clients love my lighting. It might not by physically correct, but it's hitting some kind of cord with some people.

The last one is a step backward. Too effects heavy.

I managed my layers, so this is a little more subtle

Definitely agree. Feel it, not see it.

The vent hood seems like a color that doesn't go with anything else. Seems a little low budget for such a nice kitchen. I mean there is some serious bucks worth of crown and trim but the hood looks like something from the 80's.

The wood floor just seems a little too high-sheen and too polished. Almost looks like its wet.

And enough of the lemons already!

But overall its awesome stuff. You are prolific. Thanks for posting your work for inspiration.

                            Why, thank you!

I went on paper sketches, for the most part, with very little detail. Now that I got the image past the architect, the owner is reviewing it, and of coarse has his idea of what it should be. The owner basically redesigned it with things the architect said will not work. One thing was a very large stove with a very ornate hood. So, look for some updates
