These are a couple of images I was asked to produce as the basis for a website to promote a bar that has recently opened in London.
The concept was to produce two sides of a trunk inspired by antique Louis Vuitton luggage.
It made a nice break from visualising hotel rooms for a bit and I got a chance to make all the liquor labels from scratch due to copyright concerns with the intial idea od doctoring existing ones!
Some materials were more sucessful than others I think. If anybody has any advice on how I could go about improving on the look of the chequered leather I'd really appreciate it.
The stickers on the leather look a bit like they're hovering over the top of it despite going to a lot of effort to bring some of the leather material through from behind with painted masks and giving them the same bump.
