Putting together a 360 product render. At glancing angles, because of the unique shape of the jar, the refraction effect is quite
distracting. Any ideas for how to mitigate this? Lowering the IOR did not help. Reflect on back side on/off makes no difference.
    Max depth is 20.

Changing my lights did not help either. Took out all the studio lights and threw in a sun/sky

I do have the real product with me and do not see such distracting effects.

    Thanks.

is there any overlap between the inside glass and contents?

I agree with Da_elf, sounds like a double facing issue of some sort.

Definitely that. Try a render without the content. Or try a push/pull modifier on the content mesh either to make it intersect slightly with the glass or to create a very small space between glass and content.
