I recently wrapped up this visualization project for a new Chevrolet Car Dealership to replace an existing aging facility. The purpose of the visualization was really for a short appearance during a zoning permit meeting, but I decided to give them something that they could potentially display in the showroom for marketing purposes. The level of detail in the buildings are not really meant for close up renderings. Given the project budget I Photoshopped the coloring of the building facades and simply mapped those materials onto a massing model. Max 2010 w/ Vray

Wow, thats a really nice google earth integration, at first i didn't even realize it's all flat.
