Simple??? I can't imagine what should be a dificult job for u !!!
I think you just could improve the lamp (the light its too bright), the bed, and on the floor carpet (try making it with Vray Displacement)
You did a great job on ilumination... could you share with us the GI settings and the Vray Light settings????

the bed looks pretty bad.... ......but the rest is good....especially the lighting
