        I love it! Fantastic work!

I have a couple of questions, since I do a LOT of engineering type stuff.

        - I'm assuming this was an engineering model, if so did you keep geometry as body objects or convert them to EditPoly?
        - Love the unique style for airflow, we don't do much of that here, but would love how you achieved that look.

Delicious! A piece of art. What was the CAD format?

Thanks for all the nice comments. Unfortunately I cannot disclose any information regarding the pre-poly CAD workflow.

However, I can answer the question regarding the air flow which was created using a fresnel effect on image planes and then grid warped in place during compositing.

I mistakenly posted in the 3DS Max part of the forums by error. Doh! :/ We worked with V-Ray for Maya so if any mod reads this, feel free to move it to the Maya Image Uploads forum instead.
