I think it's about time you got rid of the X-mas tree....

If it's a matter of taste, I have a few comment to the furniture:

The sofa should not be in front of the window - why not turn it 90 degrees and put it up against the wall to form a more spacious sitting area? The material looks a little flat, and sort of dissapears in the brownish tone of the room.

I think it's a shame to mix the Egg with anything else than the stool that goes with it:

Why put your speakers so close to eachother? A general rule is that that the speakers and listening point should form a triangle with equally long sides. Is the stereo in the cabinet? You could always stick some B&O in there instead...

I think the floor and walls should somehow differ in tone or material, and if the walls are white, you need to fiddle a bit with colormapping to make them brighter.

You have nothing to match the green on the shelves with - perhaps the sofa?
        Cheers,

        /Thomas

No problem... Actually, I'm not an interior designer, just an architect...
Regarding the Egg, I love it - I was just trying to say that since there's a stool (footrest?) made to fit it, why not use it?

Nice even ligting by the way.
            Cheers,

            /Thomas

some things are nice, but some have f.e. too much glossy reflections...

I like the first render. Nice colors and composition just for that one image IMO.

                        great lights

Overall lighting is great! Did I miss the tutorial on how to make cool light patterns on walls. Could you explain how you did this?

He used a IES file, with photometric light. If u search on this forum u can find it.

                          Cheers,
