    Hi everyone! Here's my latest arch-viz work for a London based design Firm.

    Short Description: An arch-viz work for a project proposal which involves a rear and side extension to this family home in Kelmore Grove, East Dulwich. The Zinc Clad extension features large contemporary slot rooflights and sliding aluminum doors to maximize views to the garden
    Software: Sketchup8, Vray2.0 For Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop CS5

    The grass looks so real!! is that proxy-work or photoshop?
    But the bricks... I don't know. They look kind of flat?
    Love the floor texture though. and the table & chairs.

      very nice compositions and lighting! Yeah, the bricks were the first thing I noticed too. Seems like they really need some displacement. Bump mapping is just not gonna do it for the view you have.
      The exterior is very lovely. I'm assuming proxy grass?

        I too like the composition - good camera angle and also the use of foreground to enhance the view.
        I think a bump on the brickwork would make it crisper, but having said that I think each of the views is very slick.

          Thank you so much everyone. I Totally agree with you all regarding the bricks. I only used bump and not displacement because I had a problem applying the displacement. When I rendered with displacement, my flooring, ceiling and everything in the scene was affected by the displacement. I was not sure if I clicked something on my setting or material setting. Can't find the solution yet. Hope you could help me. By the way, yes, the grass is proxy same with other vegetation. Thank you so much.
