It looks good on my Tablets, but kind of dark on my monitor. How does it look for you guys?

Likes good on my phone, too, so maybe it's my monitor. The back wall needs more white tiles and less glass ones; I'll have to work on that. With all the grays and hard surfaces, It's hard to make it look warm and welcoming.

I just used multifloor/multitexture, which was easy. I am not 100% happy, so I'll try your method. I have to jump off this and jump onto some garage houses. I'll probably spend some more time on this next week.

I think you should disable "Affect Specular" for ceiling lights. That should get rid of the round white highlights on the top-left.

agreed - i hate seeing those horrible specular blobs on my renders.
maybe darken the basin and toilet material a bit? - they look a little washed out (excuse the pun )

the glare is a little strong for my taste as well.

in your case, i would not disable the "affect speculars" because you dont have to add them 100% in postwork. i would miss them here. if you have them in the mirror (as a reflection), well than its a different thing.

i would also exclude 3 of the 4 lights to give shadow on toilet, and i second the material for ceramic. there in no highlight in. to make them darker will not be the solution, because they will reflect in any way things around.

the increased reflections are for my feeling too much. they force me to look around, my eyes cant rest on the picture.

Final! I forgot to post it.



The tile looks a little metallic, but he wanted it glossy and reflective and it's reflecting gray and white. I looked at a lot of reference photos, and even though it's tile, it doesn't reflect a lot. But, he is happy, so I guess I am happy.
