When using Emit, you need to highly increase GI quality to avoid dirt like this.

But the better way is to use arealights with mesh emitters.
I use Lamps in instead of mesh light... I some case, of course!
Man, your rendes are beatiful! I really like the 3 and the 5 one. But in the 4 one... What 's that white dot on the both sides of the wall? And... Can you share with us the frosted Glass material in the fifth render?
Indeed I noticed that it's quite difficult to get clean results using mesh lights, so I should replace all the mesh lights with normal lamps (This scene was setup for Indigo), I'll probably try later on but I'll consider to use only lamps for the new scene I'm working on.
I changed some lights from mesh to lamps (area lights), and indeed even if there are still some blotches, the result is much better with a lower rendering time.
