interior test scene

hello everybody,
I have tried interior scene with one area light and one sun light with the same vray settings as in test scene ladder from andreys site but the color of white walls is blue and also render time is nearly 1 hour. The ladder scene took me around 7minutes


could you help me with the settings to have picture more white and decrease render time?

Are you using Brute force? What you should do is use IM as the first GI and Light Cache for second GI... This will reduce the render time (quality too), if you using Bruteforce. And, in IM, reduce the Min/Max rate (Set negative values) and, in Light Cache, reduce the Subdivision. See the light samples too.
