Finally getting my head around it. Does the exporter/v-ray allow compound materials in any form? I've been looking through other peoples skin tests using v-ray with max/maya and they advise using a "shellac" blend node to add the specular highlights from a second shader, in order to give more control as the SSS shader does not have many options for specular reflections. Does anyone know how to do this with the blender exporter?
