• archVis interior with TinTin rocket

hi there,
just wanted to do some more archvis, i found a nice photo of an interior on fffound. .
tumblr_kv4fqukv8b1qau50i.jpeg[/attachment:dludkcec]
my goal was to make a "photoreal" rendering within one night. so thats what came out.

004_2.jpg[/attachment:dludkcec]

still the light of the rendering is not to vital, looks to clean...

vray rendertime about 17 min at 2x2k

thanks to andrey who wrote that beautiful exporter for blender!!

Pretty nice.
The bottom render seems much better. The upper one seems too purple and unreal.
Although the irregular floor is great, a reflective white seems weird to me. Ignore me if you don't think that.

A carpet and some books would make this picture even better. Or were you aiming for something this simple?

Reinhard & LWF, right?

Forgive my poor english...

Hi,
You had a great idea to do this experiment!
It shows the efficiency of V2B pipeline very well. It looks advanced and nice alhough being a "just" quick test.
Of course refining it on, i'd think of setting new composition and choice of equipment, analyze a little more colors interactions in materials.. (but these would be rather "painter's" decisions not technicalities).

What struck me is how little artifacts are present in this render. With similar solutions (if I judge right by what I see) I fight for hours the blothes in low lit areas (often with no luck).
Did you use "detail enchancement" here?
Could you please share/decribe the settings for GI and other vital parameters of setup? I'm also very courious how you organized lighting coming through windows (what types of lights/emission...?

And of course ... If you'd consider sharing this scene's .blend file - that would be great and I'd be very thankfull
I suppose It might be very helpful as a starter setup for anyone and especially the "newcomers" to V2B..
