Very nice. It merges with the background very well.
Is the road part of a background photo, or is it an applied texture?
How did you (Subtly) distress the stucco (the weathering at the top) - did you make each face a 'unique texture' ?

Hey guys. Thanks for your words.
David. The street is part of the background. I used photomatch and merged both render and background in photoshop.
I am not really sure if i understand your question. All the white is the same material. I justadded some dirt in photoshop with a couple of pictures from cgtextures.
I hope i have answered your question.
