    Hi all,

its been a while since i posted anything here. Really liked this house though (not my design) and im happy with the renders, so here we go....

Original res was 5000 pixels wide. I used vray sun sky on this one for some reason (usually use hdri). The floor is made with the floor-generator script, which ive only used for wooden floors before, but its amazing for stone/concrete as well!

The project is finished, but i would love to get some feedback anyways.

rendering quality is great. I'd say your cameras are a little high - esp on that kitchen shot, i'd drop it right down and maybe cheat & lower the table a little if it starts to take over the view. It makes the spaces feel too small and claustraphobic which sort of goes against having such an open design.

looks great! cubicle makes good points. I like the third one the most. Maybe BG is a little underexposed, maybe not? If so, just barely.

          Thanks guys!

joconnell - I love Peter Guthries work! Must say though that I think he plays in a league of his own... I take it as a compliment thought

cubicle - you are 100% right. The kitchen and livingroom cameras were about 20 cm lower when i first tried out different views. It was the furniture that got me into trouble To be honest, the idea of faking it by lowering the table/sofa didnt even occur to me... I see your point though, it would have shown the space better. In the third image I think the camera is at a good height. The focus of the image is the inner garden (or whatever its called) with the stones etc and if I lower the camera I think I wouldnt show enough of it.

voltron - third one is my favourite too! The background is a vray lightmat with a photo thrown on a big cylinder outside the windows... i didnt really play too much with its intensity. I just tried a value and thought it looked ok, and didnt work on it more. Perhaps its a bit unexposed.
