Very nice images. My only complaints would be the ultra sharp arrises on the white render walls. They need a chamfer or something similar to take of that razor edge.
The roof tile texture tiles quite noticeably too.
Really like the water.

The sky and seawater aren't lit up to match the building. I guess it could be this way if the sun was peaking through but there isn't any indication of a pattern from the cloud shadows. Also, the beach ball and your plants don't have any specular. What are you using for the plants, especially the flowers in the bowl? They're a very nice touch.

flowers i think i got from 3dcafe or somewhere. the sky actually is bright where the sun is. from that angle it doesnt show i guess. Those roof tiles were pissing me off hehe. i almost thought it might be easier and better looking to model the shingles. polygons dont really mean anything to me anymore
