    Just doing some testing to get the hang of caustis a lil more and came up with this.

    very cool dude, can u share the scene?? im lost with caustics, and that file can help me a lot , btw, how did u animate it? on reactor?

            really nice!!

            but unfortunatly we can´t see the caustics at the end of the movie..

            i would suggest you change the camera position..

                  thanks all. Ill try and post the scene later today. The funny thing is that other then upping the caustics multiplier ALOT, I think the settings are all default. I wanted to see how the defaults looked. I think they turn out pretty good.

                  I noticed that at the end you cant see the caustics, and at first it bugged me. but render times weren't the greatest and it occurred to me that sometimes in life, you dont always get the best view possible, so I left it as it is.

                      Zuliban, sadly volumetric caustics dont work with vray!

                        Heres the file. I used reactor. Should just be able to hit render.

                        p.s. Render times weren't toooo bad for a dual 1.2gig system, but I have no idea how long it took to render out all the frames, I just set it as I went to bed one night.

                          jack i didnt know.......... i also have a question if you use hvs exponential the volume lights are gray ,is there a way to make them white ? coz i'll use them in the scene im working on.

                              hehe, actually no. I finished that sometime last week. Im still working on what I started this weekend. Wont be done rendering for several days still methinks.
