how about this for a deadline....The chaos group organises some way of picking a winner. and that winners animation will go with them to Siggraph to be shown on a display in their booth

I'd like to think they would all be good enough for siggraph, I think we could do it by siggraph,we shoot for that? A higher res logo would be great, maybe pm or email Tedi (teodora) here on the forum.

A user created siggy demo reel for Vray sounds like a win win situation

Vlado/peter/evtim -- you guys planning on a booth this year? with a shiny new version to show off, I'd assume so =)

Nice work Percy. It's funny cuz i was chatting to a friend just yesterday about how big dominoes were in the 80's. Remember how you coudnt turn on the tv without someone on a world record show building the biggest domino run? The Vray logo anim is a great idea as well, count me in too. Maybe we could get a Vray anim reel together to show all the other boys out there which renderer is King! Hmmmm, of course i would need render passes for that......please....pretty please?

                  Regards,

                  Marc

                    Woohoo! That's cool

I played with the idea a while ago...well I tried it with about 5 dominoes in a row. It worked kinda :P Never actually thought of setting up such a large animation though.

That would have to be a world record for an animated domino fall wouldn't it?
