If this is new construction, I would recommend showing nice, new, dark blacktop (or whatever is code/spec in your locality.) Use an override material if it is actually darkening your scene.
No offense, I know you are looking to add realism...but now it looks like a new building fell onto the lot of a 15+ year auto service station.
Just my 2 cents, but still a nice job.

Oh, and I love the shingles, but what is that white triangle almost front+center? Almost looks like a reflection of fascia?

Your lighting looks like a bright sunny day but you have a cloudy background.
