  • Estelon Products Presentation.

    Hello,

All the marketing is released for this project so it time to share it here as well.

We delivered products renders and animation for new flag Estelon product - Extreme and 12 still shots for older speakers. Here is how it came out:

Very cool I imagine it took a while to render though, all these soft glossies...

    Best regards,

It wasn't that bad actually. Whole animation (2300 frames) was rendered in less than 48 hours on 12 stations (mostly underclocked 4770K). Rendered DOF and Motion Blur. With Average time of 10 min 44 sec per frame.

Stills took around 15 minutes per shot at 5k using Distributed rendering on 8 Stations.

Also this was the first time we used V-Ray 3.0 fully in the project using mix of Universal settings + Min Sampling Rate for fast setup and good render times. And also first time using RT GPU for real time preview of HDR Light Studio (love this).

I think you guys did very good job with 3.0... Cant wait for new BRDF model though ...

      Best,

      Tomasz

Agreed, it will really add a lot, depending on the control we get for the power and tail.

        Nice animation too!

Really lovely and clean. I'm personally not a fan of the reflections on the copper surfaces as they look airbrushed but I also appreciate that this is *exactly* the sort of look that appeals to this sort of product/market

Lovely product renders there! I really like to see how clean the glossies are. The chromatic aberration on the 1:1 is a little distracting for me but I'm sure it works overall.
